Canteen build 🔨🔨✅✅

Hey everyone! Sorry for being quiet on here as of late but we have been really busy at a clients head office building a new canteen and refitting other parts of the office to accommodate their ever growing team!

We erected metal stud walls that were fully insulated with a plasterboard and plaster finish! We then fitted a kitchen and had to install a Santvite plus to pump the waste away due to the floor being 18” concrete!

We fitted luxury Camaro flooring which is a great look with the furnishing!

The whole canteen was decorated throughout internally and externally then fully furnished.

The client has now decided they would like a continuation of the work top along the window wall, so watch out for that update coming real soon! 😊

A client recently had fire damage to their commercial property that needed repair. We completed interior works to help them get back up and running then moved onto the exterior works.

Office alterations 🔨🔨

A client requested small works to have alterations made to their unistrut ceiling to make the area open plan with the rest of the office space.

They also decided to have part of the upright wall positioned by their entrance for a more aesthetic look to allow boards to be displayed.

We constructed and installed more desks with screens to make sure their office is covid compliant. ✅

Balcony slab installation ✅💥

A client and owner of a residential block in central London has chosen to floating slab their balconies for residents in the accommodations giving a more premium feel to the properties balconies.

Due to the original finish of the balconies a roofing company completed a torch on felt finish to the balconies first to make sure they are water tight and ready for the slab system to be installed. The plastic grubs that elevate the slabs allow for rain or excess water to still drain away from the balcony not causing any build up.

The team really enjoyed completing this one for the client but getting the slabs to the third floor was a solid team effort! 💪🏻🙏🏻

Once all of our work is complete we washed down the balcony to make sure it’s to the high standard we hold ourselves to at APH!

Refurbishment 🔨💥

Here is a full refurbishment our team undertook recently for a client in central London!

We removed an old reception area to make the venue fully open plan and brighter. Removed an old suspended ceiling, replaced with new and bright new LED lights, which look fantastic! We took down a structural wall at the rear of the venue and installed a flitch beam to ensure it is structurally safe for an open plan office area at the back for filing.

The entire venue was rewired and new fuse board fitted. In addition all new data cables were re ran to position them for new desk placement in the venue.

All making good was then completed and full redecoration throughout which is a fresh clean look! The client opted to put back down the previous carpet tiles as they were recently put down prior to our refurbishment.

All work is guarantee backed and met to all standards ✅
