Nice easy one for a landlord changing over tenants capped the cooker point and fitted a new co alarm old one had started that beeping that even one seems to no notice for some reason honestly it's so easy to fix you get a hammer and smash it into oblivion then give me a ring to fit you a new one 🤣 all joking aside I do recommend capping off cooker bayonets if not in use you would be surprised how often you find them leaking

Finally finished this job and I take the invoice to the front door and say madam are you happy with the work etc and give her the invoice and out of nowhere she refuses I asked if there was anything wrong with the work ? She stated no but she still refused to pay there was I bit of back and forth I stated that iv paid for the radiator pipework and fittings all in good faith and what now your just refusing to pay for the work? She replied shut up and get in the house before I give the dog your dinner! The cheek of it 🤣🤣🤣

First time seeing this type of wall fixing on a radiator. So gets called out for F1 fault code ( low pressure ) customer tells me the pressure has been topped up several times and keeps going down I asked if she knew about any potential leaks in the house? " no but the radiator in the bathrooms coming away" 😅 one capped off radiator later and we have a happy customer with hot water back one 🤙

Don't you just love it when the guy that installed the first 3 port knew he wasn't the one changing it 🤣🤬 got to love it when it takes longer getting the nuts and olives off than it does figuring out the problem and actually doing everything else involved in changing it over sadly I don't carry danfoss 3 port valves as van stock or it would have taken up a lot less time on plus side they say it's character building all fixed and happy customer

Arrived to do a service and ended up fitting a new programmer too the old one had definitely seen better days 😅
