We have experience of projects across a number of sectors and are used to working in live occupied buildings as well as vacant sites. We can demonstrate significant experience and proficiency in the Retail, Hospitality and Education Sectors and we also have considerable exposure to Commercial Office and High End Residential refurbishment projects. Something a bit different to the norm for us at Panther House, Farringdon! 🏛️🙌

Working at short notice, we’ve designed and erected 55LM of scaffold and hoarding to provide safe access for emergency masonry repairs to the building’s exterior - helping restore and protect the structure for the future.

Great progress at our Chelsea Waterfront project! 🌊🏗️

We’re currently delivering a full fit-out for our client, Millie's House Nursery and Preschool, transforming a clean developer’s shell into a spacious, high-quality children’s nursery in this stylish riverside Chelsea location.

With the project now nearing completion, we’re excited to share the finished result very soon! ✨

We were recently asked by a client to carry out new partitioning and joinery works on a very tight deadline at Maidstone Studios, ready for them to move into their new space.

We were happy to help and successfully completed all works within a 4-day period 👏

The joinery feature slat walling looks fantastic in the new space, helping to break up the room while still allowing plenty of natural light to flow through the workspaces.

Exciting progress at our Buckhurst Hill site! 🚧✨

Works are now well underway as we transform the former Braeside School into something truly special for our new client, Nannie Annies Daycare Ltd. This full refurbishment is set to become the jewel in the crown — their flagship nursery as they continue to grow and expand.

Global House, Epsom 🛠️

We transformed tired communal areas into smart, welcoming and functional spaces - creating a friendly first impression for tenants who remained in situ throughout the works, all with minimal disruption.

Our team delivered a full refurbishment of the ground floor reception, staircase and 3rd floor lobby for our client - Sovereign Centros from CBRE.

Designs and specifications were produced by Lauren Crilly Design, with all works completed by our in-house team. Electrical works were carried out by Paul at DJ Adams Electrical, and staircase balustrading by Watts Construction. Project and cost management by WT Partnership.

All delivered on time and in budget! 🙌

Gymnasium Ealing is now complete 💪✨

Delivered over a 10-week programme, this fit-out sits within the developer-led, mixed-use Filmworks scheme in Ealing.

Despite early pre-construction challenges, strong collaboration between BB Contracts, Holland Harvey Architects and The Gymnasium Group ensured a smooth delivery and successful outcome.

Designed with community at its core, the space includes:

* Premium gym equipment 🏋️‍♂️
* Modern shower facilities 🚿
* A dedicated members’ area 🤝

The shell and core fit-out scope covered:
* Raised access flooring and drylining ✨
* Full M&E design and build, including fire alarm systems 🔔

* 1st and 2nd fix carpentry, joinery and showers 👷‍♂️

St Ermin’s Ballroom transformation ✨

From ceiling to lighting, this space has had a complete glow-up. We restored the ornate ceiling and coving, repaired the fabric panelling, and built new upstands for the LED lighting. We also installed brand new lighting throughout and added an iPad-controlled system that can be dimmed and switched to any colour. To finish, a full redecoration has completely transformed the space.

Huge shoutout to the team — especially Marian — for delivering all of this in just THREE weeks 👏

Castle House, Wells Street 🛠️

It was great to be back working alongside PRE Chartered Surveyors on this CAT A reinstatement under instruction from Frederick Holt & Co, managing agents for the building. 🙌🏻

This time, we were on the second floor, refurbishing the 2,000 sq ft office space in the south wing.

The project included the installation of a new HVAC system, along with a LED lighting system equipped with daylight dimming, both contributing to a significant improvement to the EPC rating of the space. We also installed secondary glazing throughout.

A new raised access floor has been fitted, and the WCs have been refreshed to further modernise the space.

A big thank you to everyone involved, especially our site lead, Taylar, for delivering the project on time and within budget.

We look forward to moving on to the next floor with the same team! 👏🏻

We attended the Education Property Awards on the 11th of February at the London Marriott Hotel – and not one but two of our projects secured awards🏆

We were honoured with four of our projects featuring in the nominations across two categories: Early Years Project of the Year and Interior Design Project of the Year. We’re proud to have secured wins in both, with Kinderzimmer uk Amersham and The Nest Marco Polo taking the top spots 🤩

A fantastic achievement and a testament to the collaboration and creativity behind these projects! It was great to celebrate the wins with the clients and architects involved on the night 🍾

We’re straight back into the swing of things after the Christmas break, with joinery installations underway for the new fabric storage and office spaces for our long-standing client, Rose Uniacke, at Radnor Studios 🛠️

It’s the precision and attention to detail that really sets this project apart from the usual installations.

The office looks fantastic, with two new meeting rooms formed using Tea Point and a new storage area. Moving through to Unit 2, the main storage spaces for the fabric samples are really coming together beautifully.

We’re now progressing into the final Unit 3, where new limestone tiles and bespoke joinery will be installed — watch this space! 👀
