Good maintenance of your machines is vital, even when it's not in use. The colourant is still there, likely drying out. Because of this, there is a probable chance that machines will be beyond economical repair; if they were to be switched back on, many pipes would be blocked resulting in burst pipes.

To save the need for replacing machines, it's best to book an annual service and educate your staff on best practices.

Some of these machines were fantastically clean & well maintained- but these things still happen.

So don’t hold off, if you’re dispenser is showing signs of trouble, book it in pronto before it cascades into something bigger.

A little over 12 months ago, we embarked on a new relationship with Osmo UK

Their new and exclusive Osmo Tinting System using Innovatint 4 software was to be installed across 42 sites, beginning with GC Johnson 🎉

Throughout these stores, the new & exclusive Osmo Tinting System efficiently produces high quality interior and exterior Osmo natural wood finishes from an endless variety of transparent and opaque colours, meaning the end user isn't limited to an 'off the shelf' selection of colours from a limited variety of products and finishes.

We continue to support these onsite machines and are now in the thick of annual servicing, carrying out additional repair work as needed too.

Can't quite believe we're a quarter of the year in, already. Time is flying, but it always does when you're having fun & here at TIDE, we value enjoying our work.
