Are you looking for your next role in buying or commercial management? Then come join our team!

Due to the success of our Interiors division, we are looking to expand our commercial team and are looking for suitable candidates to fill two new roles.

Both roles will be primarily based in our Havering/Romford office, with some site based and remote work time included.

Commercial Manager. Responsible for the day to day management of the BTS Interiors commercial functions. Relevant experience of working in a commercial role is required, and experience in the Social Housing sector is preferable, but not essential. Proficient IT skills are also a must, with excellent working knowledge of Word and Excel.

Buyer. Responsible for the purchasing and logics of material orders to our sites, creating and maintaining good relationships with our key suppliers, ensuring material orders are delivered to spec and on time, and coordination with our site teams to arrange deliveries from our suppliers. Must have knowledge of Quickbook, procurement express and mircosoft packages, especially excel.

Today marks the start of Mental Health Awareness Week. This year we are proud to be promoting the MHFA England’s as part of our awareness campaign. The campaigns theme is , encouraging moving more for mental health and setting aside 30 minutes during the workday to boost activity.

Across our sites we will be encouraging movement and providing activities for our staff. So join us and lets all get moving for mental health.

What a difference a few weeks has made to the Burj, 250 Bradford Street, Digbeth. Our residential new build site for Merchant Square Capital continues to progress at speed. With the building now watertight, works are forging ahead on the internal phase and we will be bringing more exciting updates over the coming weeks.

Our Ibis Hotel, Gatwick project for Starboard Hotels, is now complete! The BTS team, alongside our subcontractor partners have worked tirelessly to complete the redevelopment works and deliver structural repairs and adjustments, infill floors, new external wall systems and full internal fit out works across the property.

This has been a fantastic project to deliver, with a truly stunning outcome.

A strong start to 2024 at our 250 Bradford Street, Digbeth site for Merchant Square Capital. We are now moving full speed delivering the external works and getting the building watertight. With such fantastic progress, the next few weeks will bring some exciting advancements to the project.

Our team have been giving Santa a helping hand this month. Members of our Havering BC Delivery Team assisted the local Salvation Army in collecting presents for the underprivileged in Harold Hill.

After collecting three van loads of toys, food and treats they were able to put together 300 Santa Sacks and spread Christmas cheer to those in need.

Our BTS Special Works team have been working hard to delivering external upgrade works at King Georges Close for and .

Included within the works were Wetherby EWI installation, Helifix Wall Ties, Sika Concrete repairs and protective coatings and Triflex Walkway Coatings.

The works are now nearing completion just in time for the festive season.

Despite a few wet and rainy weeks, progress continues to be strong at our 250 Bradford Street, Digbeth site for Merchant Square Capital as we now begin the roofing stage.
Metal decking continues, with concrete to the upper floors on two thirds of the building complete and BTS Facades continues SFS works at pace, with window installations now imminent.
