Due to the success of our Interiors division, we are looking to expand our commercial team and are looking for suitable candidates to fill two new roles.
Both roles will be primarily based in our Havering/Romford office, with some site based and remote work time included.
Commercial Manager. Responsible for the day to day management of the BTS Interiors commercial functions. Relevant experience of working in a commercial role is required, and experience in the Social Housing sector is preferable, but not essential. Proficient IT skills are also a must, with excellent working knowledge of Word and Excel.
Buyer. Responsible for the purchasing and logics of material orders to our sites, creating and maintaining good relationships with our key suppliers, ensuring material orders are delivered to spec and on time, and coordination with our site teams to arrange deliveries from our suppliers. Must have knowledge of Quickbook, procurement express and mircosoft packages, especially excel.
