Project to include elements like a full new upstairs bathroom, new stairs, replastering and upstairs fully completed with engineered oak flooring, aswell as many other things to modernise the property. As we are nearing the completion of Fairmile here's a little update on what has been done. Ready for second fix electrics and plumbing being done next week and then just finishing the decorating and carpets. Still a few extras to be done outside before full completion but can we just take a moment to appreciate that breathtaking entrance to the property and the stunning wet room tiling!
