What a month September is becoming at New Build Carpentry Ltd! 🔨🏠

We’re delighted to announce that we’ve been awarded the full carpentry package for 146 homes at Kings Court, Gillingham, Dorset, with Barratt Homes.

This will be our fourth development with Barratt Homes, having started our first site with them back in July 2022.

We’re extremely grateful for the continued trust and repeat business and are looking forward to getting started and delivering another successful development together.

Absolutely delighted to have been awarded the first 45-unit parcel of Phase 2 at Kingsmere Park, West Parley, for our valued client, Bellway Homes. 🤝🏠

Phase 2 will run alongside Phase 1, where we have successfully delivered the carpentry package to circa 90 homes of the 127-unit development so far.

We’re extremely grateful for the continued support of Dave Murane, one of the most decorated Site Managers in the country, and for his confidence in wanting us to continue delivering the high standards and award-winning quality expected on this development. 🥇

We’re proud to be continuing our work at Kingsmere Park and can’t wait to get started installing the first joists on Phase 2 very soon. 🔨🏠

What a job our team is doing at Marnhull for our client, Hampshire Homes Group. 👏

So far we’ve:
• Pitched 27 trussed roofs
• Installed 38 sets of joists
• Completed 22 stair and stud packages

We’ll soon be flying through the second-fix stage, and the progress just keeps coming.

We can’t wait to get started on our next project for Hampshire Homes Group – 130 new homes in Stalbridge, starting in just two weeks.

Busy times ahead, and a huge thank you to the team for all their hard work! 💪🏡

Even on a moody day like today, the quality of the finished homes on this development really stands out. Great to be partnering with Cala Homes Southern on this fantastic site. 🤝

A few progress photos from Gillingham Lakes for Taylor Wimpey Southern Counties.

The team have been working hard on the Hardie® Plank cladding over recent weeks, getting plots completed, scaffolds struck and helping keep key CML dates on track.

Elsewhere across the site, our carpenters have been busy with first fix, second fix, joist installations and trussed roof work as the development continues to move forward.

A solid effort from all the lads on site to maintain progress and quality throughout.

We’re looking forward to pushing on and completing the remaining 35 units.
