👉 Are you ready for your daily dose of fiber?

People have to make sure every day that their body gets the necessary amount of nutrients.

It's the same with additive manufacturing.

Components with certain requirements should also achieve the necessary mechanical properties.

For example, the fiberglass under voltage is actually almost 15 times stronger than our base material Onyx (PA6 with carbon short fibers).

An endless fiberglass reinforcement can be printed into the component via a second nozzle in the print head. 🧬

Thus, the mechanical properties such as strength, stiffness, and impact resistance are increased by a factor of 2-10.

By the way: In addition to the glass fiber, the components can also be reinforced with carbon or Kevlar continuous fiber.

This enables components that did not exist before!
