Kate bought her house with a vision to convert her garage space into her very own business room.
MAP has made this possible.

Work carried out:

🔨Removed roller shutter door - bricked up and replaced with a window.

🔨Installed spotlights and new mains wired fire alarms (to comply with building regs)

🔨Insulated walls

🔨Insulated floor with 100mm PIR

🔨Installed 22mm caberdeck flooring

🔨Boarded out

🔨skimmed

🔨Installed new customised work tops

🔨Bespoke hand made cupboards to disguise gas and electric meters with easy access.

🔨And a brand new internal fire door with fixtures and fittings.

Kate made this her own by decorating, new carpets and furniture and is now all set to continue her fantastic business.

One very happy customer.

Neighbours decided they both wanted their driveways more functional, map construction sorted it.

Gates and fencing also supplied and fitted to finish this job off, the guys at South Yorkshire Composites did a cracking job retro fitting these gates even though we set them a ridiculous lead time they still delivered, much appreciated guys

Lovely little deck job completed this week in Scunthorpe.
Reinforced deck for a hot tub, this one has been built to last and for show, pictures speak for themselves.

Recent concrete works carried out by our amazing team. Full dig out, 150mm type 1 sub base and 125mm of top quality 9m3 c30 concrete with a nice trowel edge and internal brush finish.
