WOW! What a project this one has been🤩

This job saw us construct a dormer extension as well as a full internal renovation and it was all completed in under 9 weeks!! 🏠

What we did:
🔨 Changed the dormers from plain ugly white upvc to hanging tile vertically
🔨Changed the roof from flat to pitched to give the house more shape
🔨Re configured the internal layout and added a few velux windows
🔨Renewed the flat roof balcony and added a lantern over the dining table
🔨Removed internal walls and installed steel goal posts to support walls and open the kitchen up into a huge multi purpose kitchen space
🔨Added a utility in downstairs to create extra storage space
🔨Opened up the back of the house ready for new black aluminium crittal style doors to be fitted

Ourselves and the customers, are so pleased with how this project has come together and we can’t wait to see the final touches being added in the next few weeks🏠

Before Christmas, we installed this 290m² truss roof on a new build property in Todwick, Sheffield🏠

The trusses and steel were crained in by our good friends at . It was all set out and insulated, passed off by the building inspector, fascias on and ready for tiling in no time thanks to the hard work from the Pinnacle & Apex team💪🏼

Here we have completed photos of the downstairs renovation to our project at Dronfield. We knocked through the downstairs wall and installed a steel beam to create an open plan kitchen diner area with pocket doors going through to the living room. We also installed a new kitchen bay window and sliding door, plastered throughout and then followed with a brand new kitchen and engineered oak herringbone flooring along with new skirting and architraves and a new oak fire door going into the garage!

A few weeks ago we returned to one of our previous jobs at Ravenfield where we installed a new decking area to cover the customers old worn out patio. We added wrap around steps to create access to the garden area giving it a nice modern look.

A nice outdoor living area for another happy customer!

A few update photos of our project in Whiston, Rotherham 🔨 The 1st floor joists are in, blockwork is up and the roof structure is up incorporating the steel frame and timberwork to allow for floor to ceiling gable windows. The roof tiles are on and the single ply membrane has been fitted to the flat roof area. It’s now all ready for the windows to go in next week then the render 🏡

Here we have another Attic truss and traditional roof in Beauchief, Sheffield all ready for insulation and roof coverings 🔨

With this being a tight site we were unable to use a crane to lift the trusses into position so it was slightly trickier than usual, but our team did a great job💪🏼

We’ve also installed pozi joists before hand but due to the pace of the job we didn’t get any before or after photos🙄

These images show a newly installed traditional cut hipped roof in Wales Bar, Sheffield 🔨

Alongside the roof structure, we installed all necessary fascias, soffits, and gutters. This ensured the roof was fully prepped for the next phase of tiling.
