This is a roof we recently completed in st Leonard’s on sea. The main roof had to be re-pitched as the timbers were undersized and had moved a lot over time. Please feel free to contact us for any enquiries.

This is an extension we did a few months ago. This side story extension had a complete re-roof, re-rendered with a silicone base render. It added an additional room and made the master roof much larger.

So I decided to buy this two bed top floor flat. Not sure why but I did lol . This is going to be a huge transformation. All external walls and roof is being totally removed. I can’t wait to show the progress on this as it has so much potential with lovely see views.
