This is one of our latest projects involving the re-structure of the lower staircase to make space for a downstairs toilet.
Including returning the staircase into the hallway and modernising the balustrade with new spindles and handrail. Re-positioning the existing oak front door in a new frame which allowed us to build a new downstairs toilet with new toilet suite and UPVC window. With new lighting and plaster finish throughout.

New Replacement Roof in Great Haywood
A quick and smooth roof replacement using Ludlow Plus concrete tiles, with breathable felt and new timber laths, whilst working alongside Synergy Power Ltd who installed new integrated solar panels for our customer.

Nice little garage conversion recently completed.
Including removing existing broom cupboard and forming a new entrance into garage conversion and matching existing tiles to entrance hall, lifting garage floor up to existing house floor level, incorporating Celotex floor insulation, removing existing garage door and replacing with matching facing brick, Sand Stone window sills and new UPVC Golden Oak with chrome Austrian bar double glazed window supplied by Haywood Windows.
