Happy Monday! ☀️

Here is an update on the 389.5KW Solar system we are currently fitting in …

🔨 The DC Cable is in!! We have laid 3.7 miles of cable on this roof!! That’s a lot of cable!

☀️ The 3 x 100KW and 1 x 50KW inverters are mounted and all the AC electrical equipment is installed and ready for the DC cables, thanks to JF Electrical Services - Midlands Ltd

⚒️ We have 779 Solar Panels to lay, which is a working progress over the next week or so. Hopefully the high winds pass soon!

We can’t wait to see the finished result and share it with you 😃

🚿 Hot water diverters can be fitted if you have a tank to make use of any excess Solar generation and will heat you a tank of hot water a day (in the ☀️) saving on your gas bill!

🔌 Our smart EV chargers work with both excess Solar generation and cheaper overnight electricity, are pin code locked and come with three modes of charging.

⛪️ Chadsmoor Church ~ Battery Storage ⛪️

We had the pleasure of working with the brilliant volunteers at Chadsmoor Church recently where we teamed up with JT Roofing Services Ltd and NSA Electrical to offer a complete Re- Roof and Renewable solution. We replaced the old flat roof, then fitted a ballasted 20KW Solar System with a wall mounted, modular Battery system (see photo) 🔋

With plenty of 🫖 and 🍪, we started by having some group meetings to go through all the tariff options to make sure the Church had access to the cheapest overnight rate for their battery system as well as a good export rate for any energy they send back to the grid.

Now the system is fitted, we will continue to help the ⛪️ with all the aftermath paperwork 📑 (and probably eat more 🍪)!

The Electrical team worked their 🧦 off today to finish the battery system, mounting and commissioning three of the 10.36KW 🦊 Batteries 🔋 👏

Amazing work all round, it’s really lovely to be chosen to work on local community projects, especially as we always support local in every part of our business 🙏
