Job Overview
We are seeking experienced and motivated Drainage Operatives to join our growing team at The Drain Group. Specialising in both traditional and no-dig solutions, our operatives play a key role in delivering high-quality drainage services across Birmingham and the surrounding areas. This is a physically active outdoor role suited for individuals with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform drainage repairs and installations (above and below ground)
• Conduct no-dig lining and trenchless repairs
• Carry out excavation works for drainage access
• Respond to both planned maintenance and emergency call-outs
• Operate power and hand tools effectively and safely
• Take accurate site measurements and perform calculations
• Maintain clear communication with team members and customers

Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in drainage repairs and excavations
• Clean and valid UK driving licence
• Strong practical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with physically demanding outdoor work

What We Offer
