📢 Notice to All Residents who enjoy our open space areas📢

Over the coming weeks and months, we will be starting a treatment programme on the open space grass areas around the development. This programme will include w**d control, fertilising, and general grass health care — along with regular visits from Dexy on his mower! 🌱🚜

The company we have employed to carry out the treatments will provide as much notice as possible before attending, although treatment days may vary depending on weather conditions.

All treatments used will be pet and child friendly. However, as an extra precaution, we advise avoiding the treated grass immediately after application. The treatment contains a blue dye, making sprayed areas very easy to identify. This dye will naturally disperse within 24 hours, after which all areas can be used as normal.

Thank you for your cooperation while we work to keep the open spaces looking their best. 🌿

What a weekend…

Thank you to everyone who came along to our Show Home Launch and Easter Open Weekend — it was incredible to welcome so many of you through the doors.

From first visits and future plans to families enjoying the littlecraftersboxes activities, it’s been a brilliant few days at Homestead Fields.

A big thank you to Lindsey Pearson from Mortgage Mind for joining us, offering friendly, expert advice throughout the weekend.

Thank you also to wilcox_bakery for the refreshments, and to poppywilcoxdesign Poppy Wilcox Design for creating a show home we’re incredibly proud of.
