Outdoor K-rendering is now complete ✅

We’re pleased to share that all external rendering is now finished. For The Coppice, we selected a high-performance silicone render to achieve a crisp, modern look that not only enhances the property but also stands the test of time.

Unlike traditional sand and cement, K Rend is:

👉 Highly durable

Progress continues at our Thornton Hough site 🏡

Internal plastering is nearly complete across the property, thanks to our amazing team whose attention to detail ensures perfectly smooth walls throughout.

Once fully cured, we will move into the spray mist coat stage, creating a strong base for the final paint layers and ensuring a durable, long-lasting finish in every room.

Another exciting milestone has been reached at our Thornton Hough project, The Coppice! 🏠✅

The installation of high-end aluminium windows has now been completed, bringing in plenty of natural light and highlighting the contrast between the modern frames and locally quarried sandstone.

Next up is first-fix electrics, plumbing and plastering. This stunning home is really starting to come to life! ✨
