Decorate done. Just need to put pictures back up & furniture back in place ready for the new tenant. Big roof job starting in the next couple of weeks around a multi flat complex. 3k of scaffold going up for this puppy! Major repairs & new soffits, fascias & guttering.

Decorate coming along. Bathroom finished. Time for a cuppa then out to do GutterVac.
