SWIPE for before and after :-
Another job finished for a client in saffron Walden.
A large raised bed area of the garden the previous owners had installed, was wasting half of the garden in unused space.
So for a temporary solution before they have an extension in the next year or two, was to dig the raised area out and lay turf, for a flat useable garden space 👌🏻

An old customer got back in touch, worried about their shallow , dangerous step down into their garage. So we built a new step for the client, which is now safe to use.

Brickwork and block work up to roof height for our little extension for over in Hoddesdon this week. Ready for the boys to get the roof on next week 👌🏻

This customer had this patio laid 10 years ago, they got in contact after they had it pressure washed and lost half the pointing.
We have taken out all the old pointing, re laid the steps that were loose and re pointed the patio. Another happy customer 👍🏻

An extension we have got up to damp course, and block and beam installed for .
Timber framed extension with brickwork on the outside to finish it off and match with the existing house. Keep an eye out for the progress on this one 👌🏻

WE’RE BACK !!!

After a long time not posting on social media , we’re back in action.
I’ve spent the last 2 years working on a new business partnership with a close friend of mine and his well established building company .

We’ve taken the time to concentrate on the partner company expanding with our help, to take on new build property developing alongside extensions, and every aspect of construction.

But to all of my old customers, we’re also taking on all types of existing work we used to take out, as well as extensions , new builds, house renovations and lots more.
With this new partnership, no job is too big (or too small).

This is just one of the jobs we’ve completed with , a lovely traditional brick and flint extension in halstead. .
