If you've driven past this building recently and wondered what's going on inside, you're not alone! It looks like a building site because, well, it is.
Our very own Billy Billy is seen here up high on the scissor lift. Following the major strip-out phase, he is carefully removing the old overhead pipework from the high concrete ceiling of this commercial unit.
It’s heavy work that looks simple from the ground, but taking down outdated plumbing safely is a crucial first step. We’re working with the developers here to clear the space completely, giving them a clean slate before the modern systems go in.
