Returned back to a job from last month where we built the new steps.
All the old facia, cladding and dry verge removed from porch, front of garage and front of bungalow and replaced with new, also new ceiling inside of porch cladded to match. Just the posts to be cleaned and sanded by the customer now.

Little job completed last week, out with the bath in with a new anti slip shower tray and glass panel, new tiled walls and new tiled floor

I would normally say a nice little fence job completed, but that was far from it, continuing on from the next door fence, contending with the hedge and with the house to the left behind having a 2/3 feet higher garden with a retaining wall/posts, new posts, feather edge boards and new sleepers to separate the lawn from the hedge.
It was a job that I was glad to finish that’s for sure. 👍

Busy week in the sun, failed felt beyond repair, all tiles taken off, refelt and batten, refit tiles with extra line of tiles on each side due to old existing tiles didn’t have enough overlap, all water tight now, dry verge will be fitted next.

Indian sandstone patio completed earlier this week, artificial grass removed from centre, black sandstone lifted and relayed with pure grey Indian sandstone in the centre, step not touched already in place.

Kitchen re-model completed.
Same layout, some existing cabinets and some new cabinets, new worktops, new sink, doors and end panels, hob and oven re-fitted and free standing fridge freezer built in with a surround as customer requested.
