Emergency Call Out 📞

Phonecall recieved on Wednesday evening to a tripping issue on a heating circuit at this lovely holiday let. This owner had guests arriving on Thursday afternoon so we had to react fast. Arrived on site the following morning and fault found and rectified by Midday ready for guests at 4pm! 🛠

Always a great feeling being able to help our customers in need and being able to resolve their problems as quickly and efficiently as possible. Another customer full of praise with our 5 star service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We've been loving this trend flying around on the socials so thought we'd get involved!

For those of you that haven't met us - Callum, Alex & Reece form the core of the MCG team, the team that will be out on site each and every day. Obviously we have others behind the scenes who keep us moving along and growing as a business but here are the friendly faces who would be sorting any of your exciting electrical projects or even the dreaded electrical issues!⚡️

Carylon Bay Board Changes ⚡️

New year, new builders... We spent the start of this week getting an extension ready for steels to go in, enabling the guys to knock through from the kitchen to the new extension. Good to be on board with the team at MAS Build.

✅️ New consumer unit installed & relocated from extension to kitchen.
✅️ Test & Inspect property to ensure current electrical installation is safe.
✅️ Disconnect & make safe extension ready for the team to remove the existing roof.
✅️ Prep extension, allowing for future lighting/power supplies when we return for 1st fix.

More to come on this job with a new extension, new kitchen and general renovation works planned 🛠

Well, 2025 was just incredible and we're now recharged and ready to push even harder in 2026!⚡️

✅️ Illuminated mirror mounted with a new power supply installed locally.

✅️ New LED downlights supplied and installed in customers office.

✅ New️ TV mounted with a new double socket supplied and installed behind TV.

✅️ Additional double socket chased into wall ready for the room to be redecorated.

Various exciting projects still ongoing and nearing completion but our Mevagissey renovation has been the focus for the last couple of days. Alot of additions and alterations throughout with Alex getting the new dormer bedroom ready for the builders to start boarding.

MCG to the rescue in Threemilestone🫡

We recieved a call late last week with a local developer in need of 2 new air source heat pumps wiring up before commissioning on Wednesday.

Conduit system installed to accommodate for the communication cable from the plant room to the outside unit along with an external temperate sensor. We're really happy with how this install looks considering the initial missing cables!

This install now all powered up and ready for Viessmann to commission tomorrow ⚡️
