Replace old baxi 105e instant with a baxi 800 30 kw combi, filter and mains protection are in the loft. All the pipes come down the back of the boiler without the need of a standoff lit. Perfect as this boiker is going in a new kitchen soon to be fitted where it will also be put on a fuse spur. Also a mini hive for a smart control.

Customer had a few new radiators and is extremely pleased with the warmth of their home now.
