A recent sunny day, oh how we look forward to the sunshine returning!
The house structure is now complete with thanks to Martin Perry Associates Duraform concrete pumping Dampco MGC Engineering Ltd Tamar Trading Guncast Pools & Wellness and Bisca Staircases.
Marnick Roofing LTD have worked hard the past few months to get the roof watertight and have also started the copper fascias. Cornwall stonemasonry ltd have also been busy and are currently completing the tapered stone piers with stonework supplied by Contec South West Limited. Crest Architectural Glazing have fitted most of the windows and doors and the structure is now weathertight. Lloyd Electrical Finite Solutions Aston Reef Consultant Engineers and B.E Heating & Plumbing Ltd are busy with 1st fix electrics and plumbing and Airbox are underway with 1st fix ventilation. Darren Hawkes Landscapes have been finalising the landscape design. Claudia Dorsch Interior Design have also been finalising the interiors.
Main Contractors ADD Sustainable Construction are busy working on the drainage, internal carpentry, internal masonry, insulating internal floors, insulating internal walls and everything in between.
