A customer brought in a Crane ram for repair with a seized head bush, and damaged chrome rod. Parts or new ram were not readily available due to the age of the crane, so a repair/rebuild was the best way to go.
The head bush was machined out of the old cylinder and repaired. A new cylinder was then made along with a new chrome rod.
All reassembled with a set of genuine deals and painted and back to the customer to fit to the lorry. For any queries you may have please get in touch 👍

An axle link beam off a 6 wheel off road dumper brought to us after damage due to bearing failure. The old eye was removed and a new eye machined. The new eye was then welded back in and ready to refit to the machine. Any queries you may have please contact us👍

2.7t Kubota excavator in this week with 3 damaged chrome rods and seized pins holding the rams on. Pins were pulled out with our 50 ton portable press. Then rams striped and new chrome rods made and re-sealed. All put back together and picked up in under a week. Any queries you may have please get in touch
