🤩A great review from our recent bathroom install in Duporth 🤩
“From start to finish the whole experience with AHS has been amazing. Jake was easy to contact and after talking through the job on the phone we arranged for Jake to come to the house to provide a quote. Jake arrived the next day on time and talked through our plans for a new shower room. From the outset Jake was the perfect balance of friendly and professional. He discussed different options with us and explained where he would need to source other tradesmen (electricians, tilers) to ensure we had the right people completing specific bits of the build. Jake provides really clear, transparent quotes (really refreshing) and any proposed changes were discussed and agreed upon. Jake is incredibly knowledgeable and is honest if he’s ever not sure, but ALWAYS knows someone who does know, again this is a rarity but a character trait in Jake that I highly value as it automatically builds trust. Jake also provided a really accurate timescale detailing first and second fixes with an estimated finish date. The second week Jake brought along his new apprentice Jack who like Jake was friendly, and deeply respectful of working in our home. For such a big job we were amazed at just how tidy Jake kept it!! and what can I say about the quality of the work, just stunning. We are absolutely delighted with the end finish. Honestly if you want a fantastic job completed with trusted tradesman don’t go anywhere else. I know we won’t be. AHS all the way for us. Big shout out too to those that along with Jake made our project a reality - Andrew at Tileworld, Ben at Plumbbase, Max and Martin for the electrics and Neil for the tiling. Thanks 🙏”
