Almost at completion stage at one of our Southampton refurbishment's.
We have opted for the Hive system to control all radiators individually and control two underfloor circuits on the ground floor.

A large private property we look after had the ground floor heating running continuously.
This was swiftly diagnosed.
We replaced the old 1"1/4 diverter with the Eph 1"1/4 2 port valve.
Re-wired back to programmer.
