Delivered in early April was another practical custom project — a strong carrying frame designed to fit directly onto an excavator blade. Built to the customer’s exact dimensions and requirements, this frame is robust, functional, and made to handle the tough jobs it was intended for. The customer chose to paint it himself after I had it shot blasted.
It’s always satisfying to deliver something that’s precisely tailored and built to last. From large estate fencing to specialist attachments like this, I enjoy creating metalwork that solves real problems on site.

As part of the recent estate fencing and gate project, the owner also asked us to design and install a sturdy handrail for the front door. Whilst perhaps more functional than decorative, it was made with the same care, attention to detail and material sizes as the estate fencing, ensuring it’s safe, strong, and built to last for many years.
We’re pleased to know it’s already proving useful and complements the overall entrance beautifully.

I'm delighted to have recently completed this beautiful bespoke estate fencing and entrance gate commission. Crafted with care to suit the character of the property, the new fencing now frames the landscape perfectly.

The owner is thrilled with the result, and I'm especially pleased to see a lovely beech hedge has since been planted alongside it. The two together bring natural charm and timeless elegance to the entrance.

You can't be too careful around wells and this one is particularly deep. The brief was to design and fabricate a lockable cover to double up as a flat surface for drinks and nibbles and safely support an adult. Forged handle, hinge and support stay.
