Last 15 plots now being completed at Romans Quarter, Gillingham for our valued client Barratt Homes. 🌳

Our first roofs went on in June ’24, and two years later we’re down to our final 7 plots with the finish line now in sight. 🏁

It’s been a great pleasure to be part of this development and see the progress from the very beginning through to the final stages. 👏

Big news for New Build Carpentry Ltd 👷‍♂️

After a fantastic start at Marnhull, we’re pleased to have been awarded the next flagship site for Hampshire Homes Group at The Sidings, Station Road, Stalbridge, starting mid-June.

A great win for us, this 130-unit development will feature a mix of 2, 3, and 4 bedroom homes. Our package includes traditional carports, weatherboarding, and a full carpentry scope across the site.

We’re really happy to continue building on our relationship with Hampshire Homes Group and delivering high-quality work on another key project.

Absolutely delighted to have been awarded the full carpentry package for a 44-unit retirement care home in Warsash, Southampton, for our long-standing client McCarthy & Stone. 🏗️

Our scope includes BM TRADA-certified fire door installation and sign-off, master board parapets, as well as first, second, and final fix carpentry throughout. 🚪

The project is set to commence on site this September, and we’re looking forward to working alongside some familiar faces once again. 🤝

Can’t wait for our team to get stuck into these 76 stunning apartments! 🏗️

Our package includes 1st & 2nd fix joinery and all BM Trada fire door accreditation sign off, we will also be installing hardie plank cladding to the whole top floor of the Penthouse apartments! 🚪

As the year comes to a close, we want to say a huge thank you to all of our clients for your trust and continued support throughout the year. It’s been a busy one, and we’re grateful for every project we’ve had the opportunity to be part of.

A special thank you to our carpenters and site teams — your hard work, skill, and commitment day in and day out are what keep New Build Carpentry Ltd moving forward. We couldn’t do it without you.

We’re proud to be heading into the New Year having been awarded several new projects, and we’re looking forward to getting started and building on the momentum in 2026.
