🏗️ Progress at Westgate Labs, Morpeth!

Another good week of progress on site at Westgate Labs, with the new extension really starting to take shape.

The roof trusses are now in place and we’re ready and waiting for the new roof covering to go on. Once we’re watertight, attention can turn to pushing ahead with the next stages of the build.

Great to see the transformation progressing and the scale of the new space becoming much clearer. 👏

🏡 Another Major Renovation Completed in Saltburn! 🔨

It’s great to see our clients finally moved back into their home following this extensive renovation project we completed in Saltburn at the beginning of the year.

This was a big transformation, involving significant works throughout the property, including external structural alterations and extensive internal alterations, along with a completely new roof.

Internally, the house was extensively upgraded with a full rewire, new heating system, new kitchen and bathrooms, new doors and windows, fully re-plastered after removal of 100 tonnes of wood chip wallpaper, creation of a new wc toilet room, replacement of lead water, together with new tiling, flooring, bespoke cupboards and complete decoration throughout.

We also carried out improvements to the windows and doors, as well as works to the garden and external areas, helping to completely transform both the inside and outside of the property.

A huge amount of work went into this project, and it’s brilliant to now see the house finished, furnished and, most importantly, our clients moved back in and enjoying their newly renovated home.
