🎅✨ A Very Special Visitor at the Quarry! ✨🎅

We had a magical surprise at our annual Christmas buffet today… Santa himself made a special trip to the quarry to visit the team!

Not only did he stop by to share some festive cheer, but he also arrived with our Secret Santa gifts in tow — talk about perfect timing.
The team absolutely loved it and it was a brilliant way to kick off the Christmas celebrations together.

To all our customers, colleagues, partners and friends — we want to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a joyful, restful festive season.

🏒✨ Ice Hockey Star in the Making! ✨🏒

We are thrilled to celebrate our sponsored athlete Violet, who at such a young age is continuing to make waves in the world of ice hockey.

Last week she was crowned Sports Personality of the Year in the age 11-16 category 🏆 in a special school assembly — a huge honour that recognises not just her talent, but her dedication and passion for the sport. She hasn’t let go of that trophy since, and rightly so! 💜

And the success doesn’t stop there… Violet and her teammates travelled up to Scotland on Saturday and delivered an incredible 14–1 victory over Caledonia, finishing the year unbeaten with 8 wins from 8 and topping the U16 Girls North table. What an achievement for someone still balancing school and sport at this level! 💪🥅

Her commitment, skill and determination on the ice are truly inspiring and at Bathgate, we couldn’t be prouder to support her journey. Violet is proof that the future of British ice hockey is bright. 🌟

🏒 Weekend Highlights with Violet Lennon 🧤

What a weekend for Violet Lennon, our sponsored rising star in ice hockey! Over 1,000 miles travelled, two big games and a 5am start in Sheffield this morning as she checked in for England duty.

On Saturday, Violet helped the U14 Division 1 team to a 3–1 win in Hull and picked up MVP for the second game in a row—a rare and impressive feat 👏

Then it was straight back to Hull on Sunday for the U16 girls, where the team delivered a dominant 9–1 victory, keeping their unbeaten streak alive through the first three games of the season 💪

We’re incredibly proud to support Violet this season and can’t wait to see what she does next.

Our brand colour. Her name. It was meant to be. Bathgate welcomes England ice hockey star Violet Lennon to the family — and we’re backing her all the way. She met with us on site yesterday to learn all about us, meet the team and officially start our sponsorship together.
