✨ Small Extension, Big Impact! ✨

We’ve just completed this lovely little addition to complement the character of the home. By knocking through to the kitchen, we’ve created a seamless flow that makes it feel like it’s always been part of the original design. Also adding a new sandstone patio to make it really pop!

The result? More light, more space, and a home that just works better for everyday living.

Another extension done and dusted – actually finished a while back, but we have had scaffhold up for the main roof and repointing.

Old garage out, new space in – and every inch put to work. From the outside it looks small, but step inside and it’s got it all: new kitchen, knock through to a separate living space, en suite, and a double bedroom.

Proof that the best transformations aren’t always the biggest. 💥

Full roof replacement, along with a major fire safety upgrade. While the scaffold was in place, we took the opportunity to install a comprehensive firewall between the properties, delivering a 2-hour rated firebreak for added safety and compliance.

A new Velux window has also been installed to enhance natural light and ventilation.

A great result for the property, improving safety, efficiency, and overall appearance.

Another big job wrapped up for a repeat customer!
We completed a large retaining wall driveway with full structural integrity:

🧱 Engineer-designed footing with rebar & mesh
🏗️ Pot blocks filled with concrete & reinforced with steel
🚛 Moved approx. 40–50 tonnes of material
💧 ACO drain installed at the back to handle water runoff
🎨 Finished with HP12 basecoat and masonry paint
🚧 Added a small fence to complete the look

Solid, clean, and built to last 👌

WE DID IT! Sandown & Lake Reserves are Hampshire Cup Finalists!

An incredible weekend for the club as we drew 1-1 away to Hampton and won the penalty shootout 3-2!

Special mention goes to 16 year old Alfie Cartmell who made himself a hero with a sudden death penalty save and showed excellent maturity despite the huge occasion.

It’s testament to our reserves’ success so far this season that during the celebrations on the coach home, gaffer Kyle Bull was already sat plotting for the weekend and a raid to win Combination 1.

An unbelievable first season for the gaffer but there is still a long way to go!
