Installation Coordinator/Administrator, working from our Offices in Sawston. The role is Full Time and Permanent working 40 Hours Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm.
Commencing 1st September, ideally suited to those within sensible commuting distance of our Sawston Office.
The Main role is to coordinate and administer the activeties of our Installation and service teams liaising with our customers and other team members to deliver our services from inception to completion.
Our Services Include Installation, Service and Repairs of Air Source Heat Pumps, Oil and Gas Boilers along with General Plumbing and Bathroom Installations.
We also undertake a high number reactive and planned maintenance calls for which you will be involved in.
Whilst experience in our Industry is prefered it is not essential, you must however be a Team Player, have good Communcation skills and be able to work with Microsoft Computer Programmes and be confident with the Phone.
We utilise our own bespoke Planning/CRM and Management System for which you will be trained to operate.
The Salary offered will reflect your experience, and included within the package will be a Minimum Holiday entitlement of 22 days plus Bank Holidays. Private Health Care Scheme, Matched Pension Contribution to 5%, Life Insurance.
