⚠️ SCAM COLD CALLERS ⚠️

It’s come to our attention that residents in Cayton were targeted last year by a company from Manchester offering “energy efficiency improvements.”

One of our customers was told their heating system was “full of sludge” and urgently needed a magnetic filter fitting.

The reality?

👉 We had already installed the manufacturer’s own filter back in 2022.
👉 The cold callers removed it and replaced it with a Magnaclean filter worth around £100.
👉 The customer was charged a shocking £1100.

Unfortunately, older and vulnerable homeowners are often targeted by these scare tactics.

Please take a few minutes to speak with elderly relatives, friends, and neighbours about the dangers of dealing with cold callers — whether at the door or over the phone.
