New wall hung vanity in place of a tired looking pedestal, new back to wall toilet installed 😍
Thought the job was finished. Until... we discovered pressure dropping 💧 resulting in no hot water or heating every 2 days. A quick dive under the floor and found this pin holed copper rubbing on the wall. Cut and renewed with a sleeve to protect repressurised and a very happy customer. Floor tiles laid by the one and only Phil Matthews. Get in touch today for any plumbing or tiling needs.

First day back at it after a much needed holiday. And what a day it was!! thermostatic shower swap, 3 sets of basin taps and wastes swapped, one new bath waste installed, bath taps swapped for a more modern look, and a new larger towel rail swapped over for more heat output. 🥵👌

A cracked basin and tired, leaky over sink heater swapped today for Pinkney Grunwells Lawyers LLP. Certainly freshens up the bathroom. Thanks for the coffees 👌😊

Little ongoing project for a lovely customer who has just purchased her first house, kitchen sink swap for a more modern look, and a toilet with no wash hand basin 😳. Dragged the nearest hot and cold supplies and sent a waste into the 4 inch externally. 4 inch stack altered outside with being lead, patched up and new toilet installed. Floors plyed for ease of the floor fitter.

Customer in middle deepdale complained of constant trickle of water into the toilet, strip down, clean and new siphon washers sourced from an online company and all sorted! 🙌
