Recent downstairs utility conversion completed by myself and the very talented Neo Renovations Ltd full board and skim of walls and ceiling, toilet drainage and plumbing installed including new wash hand basin and radiator, downlights, fan, wiring for washer and dryer and wall mirror. Customer contacted me regarding a concealed shower nobody wanted to touch and I can see why 😂. The company had gone bust so no chance of a replacement cartridge, so a valve was needed. After the customer had tried and failed to find a suitable replacement i scoured every shop locally to find something similar. Thankfully Charlotte at MKM had a near identical one in stock 😲. So back to the job a few minor alterations to the existing pipework, retiled and grouted and one very satisfied customer. Get in touch today for any of your plumbing and heating needs 👌.

What a transformation on this bathroom 👌

The customer is over the moon with it. Full strip out and reboard of walls and ceiling, new stack and wastes, floors and walls tiled and all new plumbing fitted. A few alterations to the project but guided and discussed options with the customers throughout the job.

🔥 🥵 Full rip out back to the old lait and plaster on this one, full reboard right round including boarding of ceiling and skim, all new plumbing including new wastes, hardibackered floor screwed and glued for a solid tile base rearrange of white goods, install of new window, 4 inch stack, new electrics for spotlights, first fixed for a concealed shower valve, new heated towel rail, freestanding bath, a quadrant shower tray and new toilet. This one's going to look amazing 👌
