Working at the sharp end in the glorious spring sunshine is an absolute joy and pretty rare given the English weather

Met my senior engineer Chris from PVS on site today as we made some major upgrades on a hotel site that is creating a new large wedding chapel with heating and full catering facilities all in one by extending an existing unused building on site which was once a large domestic dwelling.

Old supplier tank removed to allow for building work extensions etc and new pipework being ran from our existing LPG Tank farm supply which already supplies the main hotel for heating, hot water, catering and also the on site laundry.

Love a day out at the sharp end and even better when it’s sunny 😎

Yet another brand new poultry facility just about to come on line and the owners have once again placed their trust in Simply LPG to provide the expertise, supply and installation of their Bulk LPG requirement on site along with a year round reliable supply from our York based storage & distribution centre.

3 x 5000 litre LPG Vessels will supply these 2 brand new poultry sheds and make sure that they always have a reliable, always there supply of Bulk LPG when it’s needed making sure their birds are kept warm and safe at all times thanks to the LPG heaters season site.

It’s been great being involved in yet another project from initial conception, planning, and project management through to installation and implementation and it’s taken a great amount of liaison and cooperation between all the different site equipment & services suppliers to bring it all to fruition, on time and on budget.

Out With The Old & In With The New!!

It’s been a very busy day for our engineers PVS who have been out bright & early and have just updated, upgraded and increased the storage at this poultry site which has transferred over from pulet rearing to broiler rearing.

More KW requirement meant a lot more storage to provide the required 800KW vaporisation, but with limited space and a water course running along the hedge where the existing suppliers tanks were located meant we couldn’t place a new bank of 3 x 2T tanks in due to the larger clearances required but also meant we couldn’t even utilise the existing base position as it was not to the current LPG Codes of Practice.

We surveyed the site and came up with a plan to install 6 x 1T tanks in 2 banks of 3 on 2 new concrete bases that would stay in the existing area but conform to the required code of practice in terms of clearances required around the tanks to water courses etc.

The customer now has a brand new installation to provide reliable energy for his operation and it’s all been upgraded and conforms fully to the Codes of Prcatice.

New heaters being delivered & installed into the poultry sheds next week and then they are looking to have the first delivery of chicks mid May.

Another customer delighted with the design, delivery, installation and consistently low LPG pricing of Simply LPG which gives their operation a constant and assured supply of LPG at all times.

Building almost complete and now it’s time for the LPG Tanks to be installed along with the array of Zephyr Heaters that will keep those birds warm during the 6 weeks of growing.

Another seamless installation by our LPG Engineers PVS at one of our new customers who is now enjoying the Simply LPG Difference.

Initial installation of a 1 x 2200 Litre FLT Skid Unit to service the 8 on site FLTs who now all run on LPG with on board self fillable cylinders meaning no more lifting and changing over the cylinders when empty.

Due to our FLT Skid Units being modular in design we can also simply add another 2200 litre Tank onto the back of the unit at any time to increase the storage when the fleet increases over time and usage goes up once again.
