Operator Training Solutions Limited became operational on the 1st June 2009, so you can see we are a relatively new training company, however please do not let this lead you to believe we are inexperienced in what we do, in-fact it is the opposite, all Operator Training Solutions instructors worked for many years (collectively 114 years) for the largest material handling distribution company in th
e world and the UK’s largest training organisation. Annually we trained over 12,000 operators and 80 instructors, all our instructors
were considered the most respected in the industry, especially for instructor training, as the pass rate was the best in the UK, other training companies came to us for advice and re-training of their own instructors. You can appreciate being employed by such a large international company the training we received was the best available as quality was the most important element. In May 2009 we were made redundant from this company so they could use sub contracted instructors to concentrate on profit rather than quality, after some consideration we decided to form Operator Training Solutions Limited to continue with quality accredited operator and instructor training at a price that would be market competitive, we pride ourselves at Operator Training Solutions for the standards our instructors achieve. All our instructors use the latest equipment, information and techniques for training to ensure that all training is relevant and enables your employees to achieve the standards you require.
