ODIN Services are looking for a reliable and organised Stores / Fleet Manager to join our team.

🕒 17.5–20 hours per week (Mon–Fri)

Main Duties:
✔ Organising and ordering stock
✔ Managing plant & equipment
✔ Overseeing company vehicles (MOTs, servicing, maintenance schedules, repair logs)

What we’re looking for:
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Knowledge of plumbing / construction materials preferred
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently

This is a great opportunity for someone who likes variety and taking ownership of systems and equipment.

This trek isn't just about the miles we cover, but the impact we aim to make. We have chosen to support Dementia UK, a cause close to our hearts. Working with HC-One, the largest care home provider in the UK, we witness firsthand the profound effects dementia has on its residents and their loved ones. 💙

We at ODIN Services Ltd. are thrilled to announce that we have been awarded a 4-year contract for all things M&E with Bishop Wilkinson Catholic Education Trust. This contract is a testament to months of hard work and dedication, and we are delighted to play a role in enhancing the lives of BWCET’s pupils.

Thank you to everyone involved for their hard work and dedication in being awarded this prestigious contract. Together, we are making a significant impact on the future of our community and education sector.

Key Highlights of the Programme:

Employment & Training: Creation of 270 opportunities, including 20 new FTE jobs, 28 apprenticeships, and 220 flexible roles.

Educational Benefits: 150 days of training opportunities for pupils, 230 hours of curriculum support, 50 days of construction sector awareness, and 64 days of career guidance and mentorship.

Local Impact: Working alongside local providers, to improve outcomes for pupils and the local economy, including SME’s like ourselves.

Sustainability: Emphasising decarbonisation, energy efficiency, estate management, and biodiversity in line with our commitment to sustainability and social value.

This minor works programme is the first of its kind in the region’s education sector. To be successful in being awarded this contract, we have followed a robust and compliant process, ensuring all statutory obligations are fully met.

A Round-Up of work carried out last week, across the estates we Service. It was another varied week, where we conducted works for our clients in the likes of Care Homes, Schools, Churches and more, on Planned Preventative Maintenance, as well as emergency a 4-hour response.

As the students were away, enjoying bonfires & fireworks, jumping in puddles, and kicking leaves, we at ODIN Services Ltd. were hard at work, ensuring their schools were ready and raring to go for the winter ahead.

We are proud to have been in the schools that serve our community, working on Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, and Security systems, as well as carrying out other planned building and remedial works.

Our dedicated team of professionals work tirelessly to maintain and improve the infrastructure that keeps our schools safe and functional. From ensuring that heating systems are in peak condition to inspecting fire safety equipment, our goal is to continue to create a comfortable and secure learning environment for students and staff.

With the changing seasons, we understand the importance of proactive maintenance and upgrade works. It's not just about fixing issues as they arise but also about preventing them in the first place.
