Job Vacancy: Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Location: Seaton, EX12 4AA
Hours: Monday to Thursday 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM (hours can be discussed to suit specific needs)
Pay: To be assessed dependant on experience.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our office team on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Answer and direct phone calls, manage correspondence, and handle enquiries.
Organise and schedule appointments and meetings.
Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Prepare and edit documents and reports as required.
Assist with data entry and other office tasks as needed.
Collaborate with other team members to support various projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable and punctual with a proactive attitude.
