yed carpenter joiner and a qualified supervisor in construction management and hold a Black CSCS card along with SMSTS,FAW Pasma,cisrs,Nebosh NGC1 anNCC2 practical will be taking NCC1 in the near future
I have thrived on new challenges and the variety of projects that I have been happily involved in. I am a conscientious person with a high level of commitment, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills and who enjoys working in a team as well as managing my own workload. I enjoy working to strict time frames and exceeding targets with a working knowledge of health and safety and gain job satisfaction for meeting standards and quality of workmanship. The past ten years has been predominantly working as principle contractors number 1 on site, as well as working as a finishing manager and also as the Health and safety officer on site. Projects include –new build [housing and industrial], modular, fit outs [bar/restaurant, offices, Banks, schools etc.] refurbishments and conversions from strip out to completion

• Good knowledge and understanding of construction, regulations and
planning

• Full clean driving licence and use of a vehicle
• Able to follow technical drawings and plans

Latest work that i've just completed at Harrogate Train station {completion 27/03/2020].Complicated with time of year and the storms .Lots of health and safety [ went through two contractors audits with only a couple of minor observations] with been on a network rail site but enjoyable and i've learnt abit.Nearly 900m2 roof sealed with Sika decothane ,new skylights and trays installed for the existing cables .Completed with no issues .Site left clean and tidy .
