Access Roofing is now permanently closed but are now operating as A.G.M Properties (Borders) Ltd were not covering as much Roofing due to an accident a few months ago but are covering alot more building maintenance and home upgrades and garden maintenance so please look us up or phone for enquiries. It comes with great sadness to write this post but after alot of carefull thought after having an accident it looks like we may be closing business after Xmas, My confidence has been completely knocked and I need to think of my family too im not getting any younger and don't bounce the same. I started this business from nothing and have had a successful happy business which I have loved and I thank you all for your support and using my company. Were not sure exactly where we're going from here but we hope to start something new in the new year. I want to thank you all who used and supported me in my business for almost 10 years. Thank you 🙏🏼

Return of the dodgy builders again!!!
When stripping the slates of this roof the boards are all lifting due to hardly any nails, the boards have got big enough gaps to put fingers between and slates with nowhere near enough cover and stacks of them siliconed in, bearing in mind this roofs less than year old!!!
Please people research even contact people's references don't use checkatrade or any of these companies as they don't vet or quality or even if qualified don't just trust what you can read please 🙏🏼 this is just to help you especially to find proper and decent tradesman as there are plenty of us around.

Yet again another roof done without roof ties or supports by the same local builder as previous post.OSb building sheets...

Yet again another roof done without roof ties or supports by the same local builder as previous post.
OSb building sheets removed roof ties and joist supports added then fitted new sarking boards, breathable membrane and a good quality Spanish slate with lead details and flashings to finish 👌🏼 happy client happy me 😊

Believe it or not but this is a brand new roof less than a year old, nail holes showing, slates too short, breathable membrane exposed all over roof slates missing everywhere 😳 all by a local builder!!! Second job in 2 weeks by same company....
The old slates is in that bad a state I am having to strip and re-slate it but who knows what I'll find underneath???
