Big progress on our most recent project. Using 1F bat felt and counter battens on this listed building. All battened ready for Kent peg tiles to be laid.

New roof installed reusing the majority of the old tiles to keep the cost down. Using sustainable and lightweight dry systems for the gables and ridge tiles.

11/07/2026

On this project we’ve installed three new lead bays in code 5 lead. The timber was all replaced as it was rotten. The ridges tiles were removed due to blown mortar and reinstalled using a low maintenance dry ridge system.
