Started plastering to the top flat as .Wayne and ron ,was down below on bottom flat putting sound board+fire resistance board ceiling before he start the MF ceiling .

A few pics from old garage outbuilding to new modern garden room just awaiting new bi-fold doors. New modern rubber roof, plastering,electrics, new wooden floor. All ready for client to create his dream pool table & Bar room. Will post picture of bi-fold doors once completed
