A great image taken by Andrew Fusek Peters of the winter solstice light shaft at Soulton long barrow appeared in both the Times and Telegraph…….and yesterday, I was fortunate to witness a glorious setting sun whilst marking out the winter solstice for a new Sacred stones site being built next year.

Hope the sun comes out today for all those visiting today.

All Cannings longbarrow in Wiltshire (top picture)for the morning sunrise and Soulton long barrow for the setting sun, it truly is a breath taking experiance to witness when the sun enters one of these structures.

It’s very a humbling thought to have played a small part in creating something that puts on such a dramatic show of our place within the solar system and will do for many thousands of years to come……..

Pictures of a moon gate entrance we were commissioned to build a few years back for Sacred Stones at their Willow Row site in Cambridgeshire.

It’s an amazing place and really nice to see how well it has all grown into the surrounding landscape.

I know they have some quite exciting developments planned for the next couple of years and we all look forward to working with them again.
