Hard to believe this is the same garden… 🤯➡️🔥
What was once an old tired split-level patio with awkward steps, wasted space and crumbling walls has now been completely transformed into a modern raised porcelain entertaining area 👌
We completely stripped this one back and rebuilt it from the ground up to create:
▫️ Huge usable patio space
▫️ Raised porcelain-clad retaining walls
▫️ Bespoke porcelain staircase
▫️ Integrated slot drainage
▫️ Recessed manholes hidden into the design
▫️ Premium wood-effect porcelain finish throughout

🔥 Nearly Complete – Full raised patio and wall Transformation 🔥
This job in catford has been a proper graft from start to finish… difficult access, all materials and waste removed via long rear alleyl..
We’ve completely transformed this space with:
• Brand new retaining wall, finished in Swedish White porcelain wall tiles
• New, wider and more accessible steps – built for longevity and daily use
• Full patio install using Padoak 20mm porcelain planks – clean, modern finish
• Full prep and rebuild.
This was a labour intensive job – everything has been done properly: ✔️ Solid sub-base
✔️ Correct falls for drainage
✔️ Built to last, not just to look good
Access on this one was a challenge, but that’s where experience counts. No shortcuts, no excuses—just get it done right.
Now nearly complete with just final wall and step details to finish,porcelain wall coping to go on grout then await the glass palasade to finsh off and the difference speaks for itself so far.

Recent porch upgrade completed a few weeks back 👇

We removed the tired existing setup and installed brand new soffit and fascia to freshen up the front of the property, along with a clean porcelain step to finish it off properly.

Simple job on paper — but like always, it’s about doing it right so it lasts and actually improves the look of the whole entrance, not just patching over it.

The difference it makes to the front of a house is massive.
