Another transformation completed in Brinsworth 📍

From excavation and groundwork right through to the finished surface, these photos show exactly what goes into getting a driveway built properly.

✔ Full dig out completed
✔ Waste removed from site
✔ Sleeper retaining wall installed
✔ 150mm MOT Type 1 sub-base laid
✔ Charcoal block edging installed
✔ 60mm dense tarmac base laid
✔ Finished with 20mm of 6mm SMA surfacing

The end result is a clean, durable driveway built on solid foundations and designed to stand the test of time 💪

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Skilled Driveway & Landscaping Installer to join our growing team.

At Delicious Driveways & Landscaping, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality driveway and landscaping projects with excellent customer service and attention to detail. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a hardworking individual with strong industry experience, including tarmac installation experience, who can work to a high standard.

Job Role Includes:
• Installation of block paving driveways
• Tarmac driveway installation and preparation
• Resin bound installations
• Porcelain and Indian stone paving
• Turfing and artificial grass
• Fencing and garden transformations
• Groundworks and drainage
• Kerbing and edging work
• Operating tools and machinery safely
• Working efficiently as part of a team
• Maintaining high standards on every project

Requirements:
• Previous experience in driveway, landscaping, and tarmac installation is essential
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Good understanding of groundwork preparation and levels
• Good timekeeping and work ethic
• Full UK driving licence preferred
• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Good communication skills with customers and team members

Dronfield update 👀

This one’s coming together nicely now 💪

Josh walks through the latest progress, showing off the patio areas, coping stones and some seriously clean detailing already taking shape.

✔ Coping stones going in
✔ Patio area laid out and starting to take shape
✔ Large light-coloured slabs giving the garden a modern feel
✔ Precision cuts around the manhole cover 😅
✔ Steps, paths and turfing still to come

The patio area is going to be a proper little suntrap once this one’s wrapped up ☀️

Final push underway now, with the aim of getting this one finished up for the big reveal 👀

Tarmac day in Brinsworth 👀🔥

One of the most satisfying stages of the job 💪

Hot tarmac going down, spread by hand, levelled properly and rolled smooth to create a clean, solid finish.

You’ll see the full process in this one:

✔ Tarmac laid across the prepared base
✔ Hand-raked for even coverage
✔ Edges compacted properly with the wacker plate
✔ Main surface rolled smooth with the roller
✔ Clean finish right up against the borders

This one’s a full garden transformation and it’s really starting to take shape now.
