Finally got around to posting the beautiful finished pictures of this garage conversion / kitchen Reno / LVT flooring install we recently completed

Exterior of this dormer loft conversion pretty much wrapped up. Love the contemporary slatted composite cladding instead of the usual horizontal plank or rendering.. Just one more enormous Window to fit and a few snags then we can say goodbye to the scaffolding and the outdoors for the rest of the job!

Onto the interior to get this job over the line now, including one huge bedroom with a en-suite that will be spec’d to a very high standard look forward to posting this one when it’s completed. Keep an eye out 👀

What a piece of steel this is!

Just under 8 meters total length
430kg total weight including fl**ge and web plates
2 men
2 Acrow props
5 lengths of 6x2 c24 timber
Some old purlin’s
And some scaff battens

This was as mentally challenging as it was physically
There’s no second chance’s when there this heavy

Work smart and hard in this case

Garage conversion coming along nicely,
Walls knocked down, knocked through into existing garage, block wall built to create the new lay out consisting of garage store, new W/C and utility, existing kitching out first fix plumbing and electrics ready for plaster and new kitchen next week!
