Good productive week on this existing garage to granny annex conversion 👀

The team Fielding Grove LTD have dug out & poured the concrete footings into an excavated trench along with using rebar reinforcement. The purpose of footings is to support the foundation and prevent settling. Footing blocks on site to start the build now along with excavation for the services & drainage 🧱
