New Rinnai water heater fitted this morning. It's in direct replacement of the old faulty one.

Fully commissioned and customer shown operation, paperwork completed

Full of call-outs today, this is No. 4
Report of scalding hot water tap in the dry side Ladies toilets.
Fault located to a TMV that is out of calibration/ faulty causing hot water spike that are over it's temp settings.

Return to fit a new one next week and left on cold only.

We where called out Wednesday nite to Shelley's chippy.
Chip box had gone cold, faulty ceramic heater panel and controls had gone, we sourced the parts and agreed to fit early Friday morning so it was all complete for staff coming in.
