This week we handed over the new building space, an addition where the team will have further options to X-Ray and perform surgical procedures on the animals housed at the sanctuary.

It was the last day on-site for the fantastic team from Whitshaw Commercial Builders yesterday. They have been a real pleasure to have around, nothing has been too much trouble. Special mention to Jack and Hugo who have been really helpful. If you are looking for a builder that keeps to time, budget, professionalism and a great finish we would highly recommend them.

We are delighted to have one of our projects is shortlisted for awards at the Insider South Yorkshire Property Dinner 2023.

Birtin Works has been shortlisted for the ‘Design Excellence Award’ and ‘Outstanding Development of the Year’.

Here are some brief details of the scheme:

⏺️ Birtin Works - the latest city living development we have designed and delivered for Crossbow in Shalesmoor. This four-storey black brick building has delivered 62 apartments and features deck access enclosed around private internal courtyards.
