At Innovate Mouldings, we make all our own routing and cooling jigs and fixtures using one of our 3 in-house CNC routers, which have a maximum capacity of 3m x 2m.

These can also be utilised to trim and finish complete mouldings.

Vacuum forming originates from the 1930’s and yet it remains increasingly relevant today.

No alternative process can match the low cost, ease of tooling, efficiency and speed of replication.

We have 4 in-house machines of different sizes including this 3000mm x 2000mm one but it is by no means our largest, that one is possibly the longest vacuum former in the UK at 4610 mm x 1610 mm x 620 mm deep.

After a busy and productive 2023 we have exciting new & innovative products for production as we kick off 2024, with brand new mould tools at the ready!

During 2023, we have worked closely with our existing customers to support them with new product developments and have created many new relationships with exciting new customer projects and products.

Exhibiting at Interplas again this year created lots of new opportunities, along with other trade shows & expo’s we also exhibited at.

There are rotational moulders, and then there is PolyProducts! Our USP is that unique within UK and Europe, we offer the following comprehensive in-house engineering and manufacturing capabilities, ensuring we produce a complete product:

✔ 3 rotational moulding machines with the capability to mould product up to 4.5m x 2m
✔ Foam filling
✔ Jig and pattern making for trimming and cooling jigs
✔ 3 CNC routers
✔ Metal fabrication and welding by City and Guilds qualified engineers
✔ Fully assemble finished products
✔ Electrical assembly and testing, lead by our qualified electrical engineer
✔ Plastic welding by skilled plastic fabricators, qualified and certified by CSWIP accreditation, including extrusion welding, sheet and pipe butt fusion
✔ 4 Vacuum forming machines with one of the largest machines in the UK at 4.6 x 1.6m and 3m x 2m

✅ One of the many in-house disciplines we provide is plastic welding - if your rotationally moulded product requires a component item welding to the product we are the people to do it!

✅Together with our sister company, PolyPlas Engineering Ltd we complete this skilled work in-house.

✅Every 4 years we re-invest in the CSWIP Plastic Welding certification and qualification for all our skilled fabricators, delivered by the world renowned organisation The Welding Institute TWI

✅ Being one of only a handful of companies in the UK to invest in this qualification, means welding is completed to British Standard BSEN13067, you can be assured the post moulding welding is completed to the highest standard!

✅From our experience most rotational moulders who offer this service either out source or try to weld and provide a sub standard service - however not with us, we excel at this discipline.
